A New Baby and a Birthday Girl!

 Our new little guy arrived the morning of December 31st.  Here is his Dad cutting the cord.

Banner turned 18 today.  It was just the two of us but we facetimed her sisters so they could sing Happy Birthday to her.  Her Dad is in Dallas at a trade show.  She requested Pineapple Upside Down Cake for her birthday cake.  Happy Birthday Banner.

As usual, I took our missionaries off the list.  They have more important things to do than worry about buying gifts.  I'm sure they'll both get gift packages from all of us at home.  Miranda and Aldo's baby might be here for Christmas but maybe not.  We'll add him next year.

 They were born almost a month ago when Banner and I were in Salt Lake.  Jim was the attending midwife(not).

 

We think we will call their mum "Burnsy".

We're thankful that their mother decided to adopt us this spring.  We now have two sweet kitties for Banner to love.

National Honor Society Induction

 Banner was inducted into the Emery High chapter of the National Honor Society a couple of weeks ago.

 She will serve as the chapter secretary next year.

When Josh And Stacy were dropping Kels off at the MTC, who should be there to give them a smile and a friendly wave but Tennyson.  She brought her whole district with her.  They are the group behind her to the right.

 

Jim and I got a letter from Tennyson's mission Presidents today and it says in the letter that mail service can be slow so letters can take 3 weeks to get over there.  Just in case any of you want to write to her or send packages here is her mission address.
