I am a wife, mother, and grandmother. I am also a part-time quilter. I love working on quilts from beginning to end, everything from choosing fabric to hand sewn binding. I began piecing quilts about nine years ago and specialize in long-arm quilting on an HQ Sixteen. I happily accept quilt commissions. Please email me at jenniferfauver@hotmail.com if you have any questions ;)
So cute. Now I just need to get mine put together. You have motivated me. I will get it down this week. I will not be posting mine however. I want it to be a suprise.
What great work. It turned out beautiful. I can see how come you wanted the mitered corners. It makes it look ever so nice. I guess the squared corners are more rustic, and mitered is more uptown. Woohoo. You should be very proud. The fabrics in the borders match so well without being more of the same fabrics. I like it.
So when are you going to get your quilting machine? I bet you are excited to get to use it soon! I sure am. Well it looks beautiful and very festive. Miranda will love it I'm sure. Great work!
