Christmas in the Country!

We are so excited for a wonderful Christmas at the lodge. Jim has been waiting impatiently for everyone to arrive. I am posting a menu for the days that we will be there so you can decide what you would like to bring for the meals. I think most of you will be arriving the afternoon of Christmas Eve. Those of us who are here will have food ready for your arrival. We have some snow and it has been quite cold, bring your winter wear.

We'll do french toast on the 26th and green salad for Christmas day. Oh and a yummy treat for whenever.

Jim's parents will be bringing the pancake fixings for Christmas breakfast. They will also come back for dinner and bring a turkey.

Okay, for Christmas Eve I am bringing fudge, gobbledy goop, orange cococut cookies, Spinach artichoke dip and tortilla chips and maybe mini quiches. For dinner on Christmas I am bringing key lime pies, coconut and choc cream pies. Marie Callendars was on sale. And the hash browns for the breakfast. I will bring butter and milk too and anything else that I need to get out of my cupboards. Sorry I am bringing so many unhealthy things. I really did not plan it that way. Just happened.
